Moose would do best with kids ages 8+ who can join in a thoughtful introduction and follow adult guidance. He'll appreciate a family that lets him make the first move, respects when he needs a break and uses a gentle "pet, pet, pause" approach when he's asking for attention. Moose is currently being treated for ear and skin infections, which we suspect are related to allergies. While he is responding well to treatment now, allergies can sometimes be a recurring part of a pup's life, so he'll need a family ready to follow up with their vet to keep his skin clear and his ears happy for the long haul.
