Moose's Story

Moose is ready to hit the road!

This 30 kg mixed-breed boy is the definition of a gentle giant — calm, sweet, well-mannered, and an absolute car-ride fanatic. Road trip? Moose is already packed.

He can be a little reserved at first and takes some time to warm up, but once he does, he’s a wonderful companion. He loves kids, other dogs, walks, fetch, sticks, snacks, and lounging outside on the deck. He’s also 100% house trained, fantastic on leash, and doesn’t chew anything that isn’t his.

Moose has some entertaining opinions about wildlife, too. He does a hilarious little playful hop when he sees the neighbour’s cat on leash — no aggression observed, although his reaction off leash is unknown. Rabbits, on the other hand? VERY exciting. Hold onto that leash! Once the rabbit is gone, Moose settles right back down.

He’s still learning his name but comes running when you whistle.

If you’re looking for a sweet, calm, loyal adventure buddy who would happily be your permanent passenger, Moose might just be your guy.
