Moonpie has stolen all of our hearts here at the shelter. She is a very shy girl and is scared of all the noises and smells here in the kennels, but once she warms up you can see her adorable face just LIGHT UP. Her adoption fee has been sponsored, and we are totally not biased at all when we say she's the sweetest dog ever. Come see this baby!You'll be able to see this animal - and more - at the shelter! Culpeper County Animal Shelter's Adoption Policy

An adoption application must be completed and approved prior to adopting. If renting or living with family, we do have to confirm you are allowed to bring home a pet. We also do a vet reference to ensure our pets will be well cared for. If you are adopting a dog and another dog lives in the home, we will set up a time to do a meet once your application has been approved. Adoption fees are to be paid at the time of pick up.
