My name is **Mooney**, and I'm a 5-year-old Shih Tzu looking for my forever family. <br/><br/>My foster mom says I'm an easygoing, laid-back little guy who is happiest just being close to my people. I **LOVE to be held and cuddled**, but I'm also perfectly content curling up in one of my foster siblings' doggy beds for a good nap.<br/><br/> I get along well with other dogs! I do sometimes **hump my canine friends**, but my foster family is working on redirecting me, and we're hopeful this behavior will decrease as I continue to settle in and learn appropriate boundaries.<br/><br/> Cats?
