Moon Doggie Pit Bull Terrier Mix Ossining, NY

Moon Doggie stole all of our hearts the second she stepped foot off of the transport van, greeting everyone with her contagious, muzzle crinkling smile, offering friendship, waggy tailed love and divinely sweet little lip lick kisses!!

Over the last few weeks, Moon has been an absolute joy to get to know! There was little if any "break in period" for Miss M.. she seemed right at home from the start!

Some of her favorite activities include, long, loose leash walks around the farm where she can let her curious black nose lead her from one cool place to another. She delights in scent exploration .. so much so she Actually will at times mush her nose into the ground to take in more scent! Then her head will pop up to check out whats causing a rustle in the hedgerow. Her whole being lights up in nature .. she is curious and JOYFUL!! Miss Moonie has her own style of zooming around the yard .. she has a big, wide mouth open smile.. spotted ears that sit loosely atop her head, so uniquely animated in their floppiness, they seem almost alive As she dashes about you'll see her zoom in on a toy .. pause to scoop one up or chase one tossed.. and share/trade them!! Moonie is a party girl! She is a squishy love muffin, drinks up cuddle time and totally gets why humans are into sofa lounging!!!

Moonie recently had a doggie field trip to one of our local parks along with one of her many doggie friends, Samson! She was completely chill, totally into the new experience and led the way for her young, inexperienced pal Sam.. She enabled him to relax and join her exploration all the sights &smells the park had to offer! Ms. Moonie has a naturally joyful personality .. she is attuned to her people and and can be revved up in her playtime!! At this point in her young life she is likely too much for children younger than 13.
