Monica Husky & Collie Mix Appin, ON

Hey Friends,

So my name is Monica and I am new around here. Man it’s warm here and with all these hormones I’m blowing my coat like crazy. Just a hot mess. Anyways although I like my current roommates and temporary family, I am looking to settle down with a family to call my own. I currently live with 2 human adults, a 4 pound chihuahua ( I’m told it’s a dog but looks like a squirrel?) and a 60 pound brother dog. Oh and let’s not forget about the 2 very loud birds ( they are annoying). Anyways I am not concerned if my new humans have other animals or not I would rather just cuddle and get all the kisses. As of right now I’m not much for playing but I do love to go on adventures and my foster moms says I’m pretty good on leash and I love car rides. I don’t chase things when we are out exploring, and I only pull a little because I get so excited but I’m only 45lbs.
I like to sleep in my crate at night and I don’t make a peep. Sometimes during the day I cry in the crate because I can hear my puppies ( man those kids are loud). But when they are quiet so am I. This kid thing is to much for me. I like to see them, but for maybe 5 mins. This mommming thing is not for me. I know sit and I don’t even need a treat for it. I really like to sit on your lap I feel I am small enough to be a lap dog. Oh and another thing I absolutely love….. rolling in the grass… especially with toads they smell amazing great perfume from nature. Anyways if you like what you see I hope to hear from you soon. Oh I almost forgot … I don’t like to share food I’m still learning that there will always be enough for all of us.
Monica has been vaccinated, spayed, microchipped, dewormed, heartworm tested and treated with Nexgard Spectra. She came to us with her 4 puppies from IFAWs Northern Dogs Project
