Momita's Story

Momita is one very special mama who is finally ready for her turn to be spoiled!

Back in June, Momita, her partner Ice, and their 10 puppies were rescued from underneath a house in Memphis. Someone noticed the adult dogs coming and going and decided to investigate--and thankfully they did! They found Momita and her babies, all in surprisingly good health. Momita had been doing a wonderful job raising her puppies, with Ice helping out along the way. Not something you see every day!

The puppies were eventually old enough to head to foster homes, and they all made their way to New England, where they have since been adopted. Now it's Momita's turn to find her forever family.

Momita is a sweet, friendly, people-loving girl who was incredibly trusting during her rescue. Even with everything going on around her and her puppies being moved to safety, she was happy to interact with the people helping her. That tells you a lot about this lovely girl.

She has been very bonded with Ice, but they're now living separately and doing great. They don't need to be adopted together, so Momita is ready to find a family of her own.

After spending so much time being a mom and taking care of everyone else, Momita is ready for someone to take care of her. She deserves a loving home where she can relax, enjoy some attention, and finally be someone's spoiled girl.

All known information about the animal is listed above.
