After making a deal with a sea witch, Molly escaped to the land of Tennessee where she lived as a stray and gave birth to a beautiful litter. Now that her babies have been adopted, Molly's biggest dream is becoming part of your world!

Affectionate, relaxed, and eager to please, Molly has all the makings of a wonderful mer-dog. Since she’s a Great Pyrenees, she comes with a few breed-specific characteristics. In fact, she takes her guard dog duties very seriously. After dark, she'll be the first to warn anyone in your neighborhood about that tricky sea witch she encountered under the sea. And don’t let Molly’s sweet face fool you! She can be a bit of an escape artist so a tall, secure fence is a must for this clever girl! Perhaps she needs a wise crustacean guardian by her side?

Molly loves to flip her fins with other dogs and dolphins! She hasn't met little humans or felines yet, but has heard all about them from Scuttle the seagull. Molly does fine in crates, has had minimal leash experience, appears to be house-trained and has even used a dinglehopper! Overall, she’s a loving soul with a guardian’s heart, a mama’s experience, and plenty of affection to share.

If you’re looking for a loyal companion who will love you dearly and keep an eye on the world around you, Molly might just be your girl. Don't be a poor unfortunate soul! Adopt her today!

All dogs are up to date on vaccinations and spayed/neutered at the time of adoption. All dogs require professional training to become the best family member they can be.

To adopt or learn more about Molly Mermaid, you must fill out an adoption application. The dog may have some genetic material of an American Staffordshire Terrier (pit bull). The dogs are usually mixes of many breeds, making them a breed all their own - a True and adorable American MUTT. If you are interested in this dog, you must submit an application. Great Dog is not a shelter so there is no building you can visit. Our dogs live in private foster homes until adopted.
