Mollie's Story
Meet Mollie! Mollie is a tiny 9 lb terrier mix with a big adventurous spirit just waiting to shine.

She's a little shy and timid at first, but once she warms up, she's ready to soak up all the love and attention you can give her. Mollie truly comes alive outdoors, she's inquisitive and loves sniffing out rabbits on walks, and she'd thrive in an active home ready to explore everything Colorado has to offer. We think she'd make a great hiking buddy! She walks beautifully on a leash and genuinely loves her walks. Mollie loves people, though she takes a little time to warm up to new faces- once she trusts you, she's all in. She's great with kids, and while she hasn't been tested with cats yet, we can't say for certain how she'd do there. She gets along beautifully with her foster sister and genuinely draws confidence from watching her, because of this, Mollie would do best in a home with another dog to help her feel secure and continue coming out of her shell. Mollie sleeps soundly through the night in her crate, and having her crate available during the day helps her feel safe and secure. She's almost completely house-trained, with just the occasional accident when she gets scared. Mollie would do best with a patient adopter who understands shy dogs need time, and someone who is ready for a life full of love and snuggles once she trusts you. She would do best with another dog in the home, and who's excited to help her build confidence exploring the outdoors.

If you are interested in adopting Mollie, please fill out our adoption application at brighterdaysdogrecue.com
