Moira's Story

Moira is less than a year old, but her story already carries the weight of a lifetime. This sweet girl has endured more than most dogs ever should—from surviving in an outdoor pen to being pregnant far too young, battling painful wounds and infections, and ultimately undergoing a C-section to safely bring her puppies into the world. Through it all, Moira has shown incredible resilience.

Now, she’s finally getting a chance at a new beginning.

Moira is understandably scared and still learning that the world can be kind. She’s looking for a calm, quiet home with patient, compassionate people who will give her the time and space she needs to feel safe. Every small step she takes is a victory, and with gentle guidance, she’s beginning to discover what it means to be a beloved house pet.

Moira doesn’t need perfection—she just needs someone willing to believe in her. In return, you’ll get to watch a brave, beautiful soul slowly blossom into the dog she was always meant to be.

If you have a peaceful home and an open heart, Moira is waiting for you.
