Mogli

This sweet and adorable Shih Tzu, along with his sister, Penelope, were originally found as matted, neglected strays and went unclaimed. They were adopted from a shelter around a year and half ago, but their elderly owner can no longer care for them. Here's what we have been told about them.

Both are about 11 pounds, already altered, about 2.5-3 years old and they were found matted and roaming the streets in Rocklin. They are both good with most other dogs and cats, and both prefer opposite gender dogs. They will do well in a tidy home with a tidy yard due to their long fur and small bodies. Like most Shih Tzu's, they need regular grooming. These little lap dogs love to play and cuddle with each other and they will need regular potty breaks outside.

Mogli is a charmer with a sparkling personality. He's very affectionate towards his people and very intelligent and a great listener. He's been good at the groomer. Mogli and Penelope get along great, but could probably also thrive in individual, loving homes.

Applications at:

http://dogwoodanimalrescue.org/adoption-application-dogs/

You can follow us on social media at:

https://.www.instagram.com/dogwoodanimalrescue/
https://.www.facebook.com/.DogwoodAnimalRescue/

Making a difference, one animal at a time.
