She had two puppies; one has already found his home but can’t go to his home until Mocha is adopted. They both must leave the same day so one is not lonely when the other leaves.<br/><br/>Mocha is a sweet, sweet puppy. He loves belly rubs! He will likely be in the 10-12 lbs. range when grown as mom is a black and tan smooth coat and dad was a black and tan wire. Yes, it was an oops deal. But if you are looking for a sweet little guy to warm your heart then Mocha is your man.<br/><br/>You must be active enough to keep up with a toddler for several years to come. He needs an active owner and either a kitten or very young, small dog for company and a playmate.<br/><br/>Our must haves for him are:<br/> - Fenced in yard<br/> - Someone home enough to potty train him and active enough to get him out and get him socialized (this is VERY important) by taking trips to pet stores or places where there are people<br/> - Another young, small dog/puppy or young cat/kitten<br/> - No apartment, high rises or condos<br/> <br/>============== Information for All Dogs/Adopters ==============<br/><br/>AADR does not recommend dachshunds for families with children under 5, or families planning to have children during the dog's lifetime.
