Meet Misty! She came to Arctic Rescue on October 5, 2025, after spending weeks in a shelter where she struggled with kennel stress. More than a year later, this beautiful girl is still waiting for someone to choose her.<br/><br/>Misty is a 6-year-old, 64-pound Husky/Malamute mix. She's smart, funny, a little sassy, and incredibly loving once she trusts you.<br/><br/>Her fosters say she's been such a good girl! Misty absolutely loves affection and being cuddled by her humans. She's a total snuggle bug who also enjoys walks, hikes, swimming, fetch, stuffed animals, and car rides. She walks nicely on leash, is fully potty trained, does well in her crate, and is always eager to learn.<br/><br/>Misty would thrive with a confident, patient adopter who can provide structure, respect her boundaries, and give her time to build trust.
