Misty, a gentle and friendly soul, is waiting patiently for her forever family. This 6-year-old, 23-lb Boston Terrier lady has a calm and reserved nature, taking her time to warm up to new people. But once she does, she absolutely adores affection and will happily welcome your loving pets. Misty is a quiet companion who would do best in a home with older (6 and up), respectful children, as she hasn't had much exposure to kids and needs her space now and then. She'd love another calm canine companion. Misty has also never met a cat, but we have no reason to believe she wouldn't be just as lovely with our feline friends. While a fenced yard would be nice, Misty is happy to go on leash walks and explore the world by your side. Just be prepared for her stubborn side to emerge now and then, where she'll insist on being carried! Misty is still working on her potty training, so if you're away during the day, she'll need a midday break and some help with her toilet duties. She's happy to use pee pads and will respect your home as long as you keep things tidy. With a diet of soft or soaked food due to some recent dental work, Misty is healthy and ready for her new start. Her adoption fee is $400
