Miss Olivia Border Collie Mix Palatine, IL

This 40-pound Border Collie mix with big, beautiful brown eyes and a shining tricolor coat is Miss Olivia. At 5 & 1/2 years old, Miss Olivia is just as happy to run around a fenced in backyard as she is to lay curled up next to her favorite people/person. Her soft coat begs to be calmly petted and she lives for loving strokes across her side.

Miss Olivia is housebroken and trustworthy in the home, never touching things that do not belong to her. Because she barks to express herself, she will do best in a single-family home. Miss Olivia has some stranger danger when it comes to friends she has not yet met but she warms up fairly quickly when introduced in an appropriate manner. We recommend she be an only dog (well, actually an only animal because other small pets confuse Miss Olivia) as she’ll want all of your attention.

Once she trusts you, Miss Olivia is generous with her love and kisses. She will sit next to you for slow loving pets, massages, and belly rubs, nudging you gently to let you know she wants the love you can give. This sweet and sensitive girl will be a devoted, loving, perfect partner for some lucky human.
