Miss Emma Lulu Belle

A local shelter contacted us after this little dog was dropped off with them. She had been attacked by another dog and was swollen and covered in puncture wounds. It took a bit of time to be able to handle her because of her fear and immense pain but now she is healed and a very happy girl. She does suffer a few trust issues and can be very shy around new people. She is very submissive however and anytime we approach her she is quick to roll over on her back. She gets along great with other dogs (despite her attack) and usually just prefers to sit on a pillow with them around but not really engaging- although, I did catch her trying to get my golden retriever to play with her the other day.
