Kokoro Doberman Pinscher Mix Oklahoma City, OK

Kokoro is just the best girl. She is an almost year old Doberman mix. She is spayed, up to date on vaccinations and preventatives and microchipped!

She is house trained and loves other dogs! She does need a little extra time for introductions. She would do well in a home with other dogs but we think she would also be okay as the only dog if she got plenty of attention. She currently uses a harness for walks and does great! If using only a leash, she will need a little more training to avoid pulling. She does need a home without cats, as they are just too much for her prey drive.

She loves going on car rides and playing at doggie day care! She has done really well with not chewing things that aren't hers. She LOVES toys, her favorites being Nylabones/Benebones, plush toys, and tennis balls. She enjoys carrying around a tennis ball while she runs around and plays. Loves to chase tennis balls too! She will sometimes chew on bones for hours. She is a thinker and would also probably like puzzle type toys.

Kokoro enjoys being where her humans and dog friends are. She can be active and playful but also relax and enjoy some good snuggles. She would love to sleep in your bed if she can. She doesn't like to be outside by herself for very long. She can get a little scared of being left out there, which is understandable. Kokoro was found as a stray, incredibly emaciated. That also means she gets super excited about food and does best with a slow feeder.

This good girl is attentive and very smart. She responds well to gentle correction and is a quick learner. She is very food motivated which makes training go great! She is still a puppy and learning, but she is dedicated to pleasing her people and trying her hardest!
