VIP: Minnie is about 3 years of age. She is a nervous dog who is also a sweet one. It may take her a little time to adjust but she does come around. Minnie lived with another dog and is very playful. She does not show well in her kennel but boy is she a different dog when outside!! She loves to run around in the yard and explore. Minnie was abandoned by her owner and needs a good home! <br/>Adopted animals are not able to go to their new home until spay and neuter surgery has been done. <br/>Adoptions are first come first serve, and no appointment or application is needed. Plano Animal Shelter's Adoption Policy
Adoptions are first come first serve. There is no application. Anyone over 18 years of age is eligible to adopt provided that they meet the adoption criteria for that specific animal. Criteria can range from having basic knowledge of the animal’s species or breed, having an established veterinary history, not having young children, the animal being legal to own in the city they live in, the breed they’re interested in being accepted at their apartments, etc. If a potential adopter doesn’t meet the criteria in place for that animal, they will be encouraged to look at other animals that may not have those restrictions in place. The criteria must also be met in order to visit with an animal.
