Meet MINI – Your Perfect Little Companion<br/> <br/>** Currently fostered in the North Oshawa area<br/> <br/>Beautiful Mini has recently arrived at Just Paws as an owner surrender after her family made the incredibly difficult decision that they could no longer provide the care she needed. They loved her deeply and trusted that we would find her the perfect, loving forever home—and we are determined to do just that.<br/> <br/>Mini is a 4.5-year-old Cockapoo (born November 27, 2021) weighing 15 lbs. She has been fully checked by our vet, vaccinated, and is in great health. During her visit, she charmed everyone—friendly with staff and happy to meet other dogs, showing just how social and well-mannered she is.<br/> <br/>Mini is settling in beautifully with her foster family and has been a joy to have around. She shares her home with a foster sibling and gets along wonderfully. Her foster family absolutely adores her and describes her as loving, sweet, friendly, and calm. She truly is an amazing little dog.<br/> <br/>Mini loves people and thrives on attention. She would do best in a home where someone is around most of the time, as she enjoys companionship—but she does not have separation anxiety and is happy to greet you when you return. She would be perfectly content as the only dog or with another calm, friendly companion. According to her previous owner, she is also great with children and genuinely enjoys their company.<br/> <br/>This cuddle bug loves nothing more than being close to her humans—whether it’s snuggling on the couch or sharing the bed at night. She eats well, enjoys her treats, and has excellent grooming manners (our groomer said she was such a good girl!). She will need to be groomed a few times per year.<br/> <br/>Mini would do best in a home with a fenced yard where she can safely explore, lounge in the sun, or watch the world go by—one of her favourite pastimes is sitting on the back of the couch keeping an eye on everything! While she isn’t overly vocal, she does have a strong bark when she feels it’s needed. She’s doing well with leash walking but will benefit from a bit more practice.
