Milo's Story

Meet Milo! A retired racing greyhound from New Zealand. He is a happy, affectionate, and playful dog who is looking for a special home to call his own. He is both independent and people oriented. He has amazing leash manners and loves going on his daily walks to watch birds and squirrels. He could watch little animals run around outside for hours and never get bored. In the winter months he loves being bundled up in warm coats and modeling them on his walks outdoors. He also adores playing with his squeaky toys and doing the occasional zoomy. Milo has shown to do great with dogs of all sizes and enjoys making new friends.

Milo is looking for a home with a dog-savvy adopter who can monitor his resource guarding tendencies that he has presented in the past. As well as his weariness with being around unfamiliar people. He does not have high exercise requirements due to a previous injury. With a structured home environment he is sure to be a loving and affectionate companion.

* Fast Friends adopts in the New England area. If you are interested in Milo or one of our other available dogs, please complete an adoption application at www.helpinggreyhounds.org/adopt
