Milo's Story

Meet one of the Summer Beverage pups!

Eight puppies were found loose on a country road at the end of April. They appeared to be about 5-6 weeks old at the time. There were 5 larger pups and 3 very small pups. Milo was one of the small puppies, weighing in at about 3 lbs when he was rescued. We do not know breed mix at all, but based on what he looks like now and his estimated adult size, we think he may be a Boston Terrier mix. That could be completely wrong -- there was no sign of any adult dogs where the puppies were found so we just do not know. Our vet estimates that he will be under 25 lbs when full grown. At a little over 8 weeks old, Milo weighed 6.6 lbs.

The puppies are all very happy in nature and will make a fun addition to whatever homes they join. We can't call them house trained, but they do have a head start on training as they use a doggy door regularly and only go inside if they can't get outside.

If you think you might want to give this sweet pup a home, please email jojosdogrescue@gmail.com and we will send you an application, or visit our website: www.jojosdoghouse.com and download one. Adoption fee is $250, which includes up-to-date vaccinations, parasite treatment, and microchip with lifetime registration.

Please visit our Facebook page JoJo's DogHouse (non-profit) to learn more about us and see many of the dogs we have rescued. We hope you'll join JoJo's family of adopters!
