He is neutered, up to date on vaccines and monthly preventatives, and has no known medical conditions. <br/><br/>Milo is being rehomed through no fault of his own. His family is facing an upcoming military deployment, extended training obligations, and the demands of raising two very young children. They love Milo and want to find him a home where he can receive the time, exercise, companionship, and attention he deserves.<br/><br/>At heart, Milo is a friendly and affectionate boy. He can be a little reserved when meeting unfamiliar people, but once he has a chance to get comfortable, he warms up and happily accepts affection. <br/><br/>Milo also enjoys the company of other dogs. He has lived with a canine companion for the past four years and gets along well with dogs, so he would likely enjoy having a friendly, compatible dog in his next home. That said, he can also thrive as an only dog as long as his people are prepared to give him plenty of companionship and activity. <br/><br/>This smart, food-motivated boy already knows several commands, including sit, stay, roll over, and speak. He enjoys walks and running around the yard more than entertaining himself with toys.
