Milo's Story

Milo is a 3-year-old Staffordshire Terrier mix who has every reason not to trust people, yet he chooses love every single time.

Before coming into rescue, Milo spent most of his life chained outside. When he was finally brought to safety, he was covered in fleas and ticks and had missed out on so many of the simple joys every dog deserves. But Milo isn't interested in dwelling on the past. He's too busy making up for lost time.

These days, you'll find him carrying around tennis balls, challenging his friends to games of tug, and discovering just how fun life can be when you're finally free to be a dog. Every toy feels like a treasure, every adventure is exciting, and every bit of affection is returned tenfold.
Built like a tank and overflowing with love, Milo has a gentle, affectionate heart that shines brighter every day. He's currently undergoing heartworm treatment and is doing well, all while showing everyone what resilience really looks like.

Now all that's missing is a family of his own. A family that will cherish him, spoil him with toys, celebrate his victories, and remind him that he'll never spend another day unwanted.
Milo survived his past. Now he's ready to live his future.
