Mildred was first introduced to us via the volunteers at our municipal shelter. She immediately caught our eye after we watched a video of her snorting around, pushing her way into people for affection. She was so clearly a sweet dog, and we knew we wanted to rescue her.

As soon as Millie was rescued, we could tell she was a very social dog. She wiggles SO HARD when she sees humans and adores every person she meets. She loves going on walks, loves the car, loves all things edible, and most importantly- loves heating pads and heated blankets.

Mildred doesn't mind baths or having her nails trimmed. She even lets you clean her ears, although she will demand a treat afterwards. She does not resource guard her food or toys and seems to thrive in a party atmosphere with loud noises and fast movements. She wiggles so hard looking to be part of the action. She would probably do well with a family with kids since she is always looking for fun.

Millie hasn't been around many other dogs, but we do anticipate her to be dog selective. However, she's completely non-reactive on walks and is generally very easy to handle. Plus, she's so much fun on her own that she'd be the perfect dog for anyone looking for a a rock-star dog.
