Mila - 5 Month Old German Shepherd Mix<br/><br/>Mila is a 5-month-old German Shepherd mix who is already showing just how smart and loyal she is. She has been doing wonderfully with house training and is currently tracking at 100% success in her foster home.<br/><br/>Although she hadn't been crated before, Mila has adapted beautifully to crate training. She goes in and out willingly when asked, but spends most of her time out of the crate relaxing with her people. She's a velcro-type pup who loves to sit at your feet and follow you wherever you go.<br/><br/>Mila enjoys car rides and absolutely adores children-even ones she meets while out on walks. She's also very intelligent and eager to learn, picking up commands like "sit" and "come" very quickly. Her foster family is currently working with her on "wait" and polite greetings when meeting new people.<br/><br/>Like many shepherds, Mila already shows a protective and loyal nature toward her people. She may give a few warning growls when unfamiliar adults or dogs approach too closely, but she's actively working on building confidence and learning appropriate greetings.<br/><br/>Mila is a sweet, smart, devoted pup who will thrive with a family willing to continue guiding her training and helping her grow into the amazing dog she's meant to be.
