He can be a little shy when meeting new people, but once he feels comfortable, he's an affectionate cuddle bug who loves being close to his humans. Mexico is a sweet, well-balanced pup who is already showing great social skills by respectfully interacting with older dogs. Like any young puppy, he's still learning the ropes and is making progress with both potty training and crate training.<br/><br/>Mexico is a 2-month-old mixed breed who was rescued from a high-intake shelter. This dog's adoption fee is $500 and includes up-to-date vaccinations, microchip, and neuter. Mexico is also tested with other dogs, cats, and children. He is working on potty and kennel training in foster care. We would love for you to meet this dog and see if he might be a good fit for your home.<br/><br/>The first step to adoption is completing an adoption application on our website at www.bounceanimalrescue.org. Pending approval, your application is valid for 1 year, and you will be eligible to request a hold on an individual animal for the Saturday adoption event. The hold does not require that you take the animal home, but ensures you get to meet and make an adoption decision prior to other applicants. Also pending approval, you will be able to acquire foster home contact information, so you inquire on personalities of specific animals.<br/><br/>We do offer midweek private adoption appointments for approved applicants pending staff, foster home, and vetting schedules. Because we are 100% foster-based, private adoption appointments are only offered for individual animals. (If interested in viewing multiple animals at one time, we encourage you to attend our adoption events!)<br/><br/>Please note, adoption applications are processed within 12 business days.
