Merlot's Story

Merlot was a backyard dog until she was surrendered to Rincal. She and her sister turned one year on May 9 2026. She had never been to a vet or had vaccinations. Merlot had never had a collar and leash on her. She had never seemingly been out of the back yard, except to go into the house at times. With this as a background you can imagine how petrified this girl is of the real world. She seems to like other dogs but is scared until she has time to figure out she is safe and not going to be hurt. Merlot is going to take time to learn how to become a dog, but she is sweet and so badly wants to be friends. She is spayed, vaccinated and microchipped.
