Melvin's Story

MEET MELVIN!

This adorable little guy is about 2 years old and weighs 15 pounds. Melvin was found living outside an apartment complex until a kind Samaritan took him in, gave him food, shelter, and a much-needed bath. She realized she couldn’t keep him because her home was already full with family and pets. Thus, she reached out to us for help—and Melvin is now part of the Red Collar Rescue family!

Melvin is the sweetest boy and is settling in well with his foster mom and siblings. He is house-trained and crate-trained and a very well-behaved young man! He loves snuggling with his foster mom, belly rubs, tasty treats, and playing with his furry friends.

Please visit www.redcollar.org to submit an adoption application and see if you are a perfect fit! xoxo!

Age - 2 years
Weight - 15 lbs
Dogs - yes
Cats - yes
Kids - unknown
Vaccinated - yes
Neutered - yes
Microchipped - yes
