You really need to see Meg in all her glory to appreciate what an outgoing, playful, ready-for-anything dog that she is. She looks so serious in her photos, but in person she is a petite, happy, doll-baby. A sleek 31 lb., Meg arrived from WV sporting a nasty gash along the length of her spine. The general consensus is that she must have crawled under something -- probably metal -- maybe a car or fence, that peeled her open, but she is definitely on the mend -- the gash has closed and her fur is growing back and there might only be a faint remnant since she is healing so fast.<br/><br/>Estimated to be 2-1/2 years old, the slender Meg with her sporting-dog profile, and boxy face has been agreeable with people of all ages and a variety of dogs. Meg is considered one of the all-around ideal dogs who could live with kids, dogs and maybe some tolerant cats. <br/><br/>You can visit the dogs from noon - 3 pm Saturdays and Sundays, otherwise by appointment.
