Meet Meeko
World, meet the magnificent Meeko!!! If you’re looking for an affectionate, loyal guy who is house trained and loves kids, THIS is your dog!
Meeko came to us after he was surrendered by his family when they couldn’t keep him. He lived in perfect harmony previously with a beagle, and also in his foster home, but he definitely does better with dogs if they are laid back because Meeko is NOT a wild and crazy kind of guy and prefers to chill a lot! The absolute most special thing about Meeko is how much he loves children! He lives in a foster home with three young children, and is so gentle and sweet with them!
Meeko is also all healed up from his CCL surgery! He suffered a torn cruciate ligament in his leg when he came into the shelter, but had surgery six weeks ago and has healed up wonderfully! He was a champ during his recovery and showed us what an amazing dog he was by being such a good patient for his foster mom!
