Say hi to Mazie! This very pretty 54 pound, 6 year old girl is as beautiful on the inside as she is on the outside! Mazie, is sweet, friendly and loving girl! Sadly, her owner passed away from cancer, so the family reached out to us to take her in.<br/><br/>Mazie loves all humans and furry canines as well. She loves going for walks and just being with her person. After coming home from her walks, she just wants to plop on the couch next to you and snuggle. No Dog Forgotten's Adoption Policy
We begin by asking any potential adopter to complete this online application - https://form.jotform.com/251455298587068. We will review the application once we receive it If we feel they may be an appropriate home, we will contact them via phone to discuss the pet they inquired about to ask and answer any additional questions. Great care is taken to discuss any on-going medical or behavioral support that may be needed in the home. If the potential adopter and our rescue feel it is a good fit, we conduct meet and greets between all family members and any other pets in the home. If these meet and greets go well, we will screen the household in person as a final step before completing the adoption. For dogs who will need continued medical or behavioral support, the vet or trainer may be included in one or more of these interactions to establish a relationship. Certain guidelines may also be included in the adoption forms.
