Meet sweet, short, sassy, solid Mayo who is about 2 yrs old and 25lbs. This cute low rider is full of joy and ready to share it with your family! She raised her pups and is making up for lost time being one herself now in her foster home. This funny girl gravitates to ponds to swim in, loves a good roll and scratch in the grass and socializes with everyone from the cats to the XL dogs living with her. She is totally unaware of her size, loves to meet strangers, go for car rides and is always up for an adventure. She would love a home with other dogs but this girl would also love to be the only one, soaking up all the attention and being your sidekick!<br/>Mayo is house and crate trained, spayed, microchipped and fully vetted. Double Dog Rescue's Adoption Policy
If you are interested in adopting one of our furry friends we ask that you complete an application (which we will forward to you) or download one from our website. We also require a vet reference check and a home visit when possible. Some of our dogs require fenced in yards while others do not. If you are interested in a dog you must e-mail the contact on each dogs petfinder page. Important Information Pertaining to Each Dog A Dogs have received the following before being available for adoption: Routine annual vaccinations, including Rabies, DHLPP, Bordatella (kennel cough), Heartworm Test, Fecal Test, Deworming (Puppies  6 months or younger will not have their rabies as they are too young). Spay/Neuter: All dogs are quarantined for two weeks outside of the shelter (puppies four weeks) to ensure they don't break with disease. Heartworm: Dogs who were treated for Heartworm can test positive up to 4-6 mon
