Mayley was found with her sister in the cold, with her sister. She was very slender, and had some coat issues due to being in the cold. But now she has a beautiful, shinning coat of jet black fur and looks amazing. She is putting on healthy weight and is learning not only how to be a pup, but also a friend and companion. She has mastered her fear of the doggie door, is able and willing to get in the car all by herself, sleeps all might in her kennel, and is pretty much house trained. In fact Mayley has proven herself trustworthy enough to have free roam of the house, with or without, parental guidance! She is very attentive to her humans and loves to be with them, beside them, on them, any way with them. She is learning not to jump when excited, but after all she has been through, what’s wrong with showing excitement. She plays well with her foster siblings, big and small. She has not shown any signs of aggression or resource guarding, and eats side by side with her siblings. With expressive eyes, a cold wet nose, and a partial tail that has the cutest wag, Mayley will bring much joy to whoever she loves!
