Hey everyone, I'm May, a 6-year-old, 14-pound doxie mix bursting with personality! I'm here to bring some sunshine into your life. I've got this unstoppable energy, confidence, and boy, do I love my food! You won't believe the lengths I'll go to for a tasty treat—I'll climb crates, counters, couches and maybe even mountains!

My love for treats makes me a star in motivational activities, but I'm still working on managing my anxiety in certain situations. I've shown some resource guarding behavior, especially around food, toys and bones, so I'd do best in a home without other dogs. But don't worry, I haven't shown any guarding behavior toward people. I would also prefer a home that has at least a 5’ fence. I'm on the lookout for a patient and understanding forever family who can help me keep growing and shining.
