Max & Tidbit Mixed Breed New Orleans, LA

They joined us September 13, 2019. They are a hard one for people to want. These dogs deserve it. They are amazing. We will help with costs if needed.

Max is a black mutt & Tidbit is a black chihuahua mix. Their father was arrested & they had no where to go. Max is 12 years & 24 lbs. Tidbit is 9 lbs & 6 years. They are extremely bonded. They must be adopted together. We know this will make them less adoptable but they are so upset when they are apart. They used to have a good life. They had birthday parties. They went to doggy daycare. When we got them Max looked lifeless. They both are extremely allergic to fleas. Max's mouth was horrible. He had a dental. He's now on arthritis medicine. Max needs joint supplements for life. He loves playing fetch. He loves a tennis ball. Tidbit is always happy. He loves everyone. They love car rides. They love cuddling in bed or the couch. They love walks but aren't the best on the leash. Both are heartworm negative microchipped and neutered. They are up to date on vaccinations heartworm and flea prevention. They had a negative fecal and great exams. Max does have arthritis. Both had perfect bloodwork. They would do great in any environment. Max just needs an area to play fetch. They lived with a large dog & cats. Their adoption fee is $200 for both dogs.
