Meet Max
Hi, my name is Max! Here is what would work best for me in my new home:
-Personality: Friendly, playful, smart and eager to please!
-Can Live with Kids: No history-- due to his size, strength, and tendency to be jumpy/mouthy, he would likely do best with older, dog-savvy kiddos aged 14+
-Can Live with Cats: No history-- Max seems a little *too* interested in small critters and would likely be a little too much for a cat. He will need slow, supervised introductions to be safe.
-Can Live with Dogs: Yes
-Can do Apartment Living: Max's ideal home would have lots of square footage and a large fenced yard, but he could likely live in an apartment if given plenty of exercise and mental stimulation.
-Potty Trained: Yes
-Bite History: No
-Positive Reward Based Obedience Classes Required: If no prior dog experience, Max will is required to attend one private lesson with his new adopter.
-Experience Required: None, although prior experience with large dogs is recommended!
-Leash Trained: Yes-- but he can pull and is pretty strong.
-Energy Level: High
-Needs Medical Procedure Before Going Home:
-Additional Information: Max is your typical happy-go-lucky Lab-- everyone's a friend and food is his absolute favorite! He is still very much a puppy and would benefit from continued training as well as a steady, predictable routine to help him get settled in his new home. Max is an attentive dog who wants to be wherever you are! Throw a tennis ball his way and you'll have yourself a new best friend.
