Matilda's Story

Matilda or "Tilly" is the perfect combination of beauty and brains. She came to Finding Eden after sustaining a traumatic fracture to her left hind leg. Despite all she's been through, she continues to be the sweetest and most resilient girl.

Tilly's leg was surgically repaired on 8/24. At 6-weeks post-op, x-rays show her leg is healing beautifully. She will need a family dedicated to helping her rehab and gain her strength back!

She has been in a foster home with another young dog and two cats and done very well with them. She also loves children and does well with kiddos of all ages.
As she continues to heal and get back to her normal energy levels, she would probably do best in a home without cats. In true Border Collie fashion, she sometimes tries to herd them.

Tilly doesn't have a mean bone in her body. She is a very affectionate and cuddly girl. She absolutely LOVES fetch and will play all day long. She would be the perfect fit for a family with little kids that will play with her and give her endless love!
