Mark's Story

Hi! My name is Mark but my family calls me "Marcus Foligno." I am a 4 month old Pyrenes mix who already weighs 35 pounds. I know I am going to get a lot bigger, too. I have the most striking black, gray, and tan coloring - you have to see me to fully appreciate my beauty, my mom says. My family says I am a gentle giant who is soft spoken and easy. I think they even call me "lazy" sometimes. What can I say, I do love a good lounge session. I also love belly rubs and playing outside. I would stay outside all day long if you let me. It is my favorite place to be. I also like to sleep all night long in my crate. I do not have accidents in my crate and have not had an accident in the house in a few weeks. I have learned to "go potty" outside when my mom tells me to because then she gives me treats. I love treats and going to baseball and soccer games. I am a hit at the baseball field! And even though I was initially scared on walks and in cars, turns out both are great because they mean you are going somewhere fun. The only time my family has ever heard me bark was when I had to alert them to a strange noise coming out of the Hosta! They did not seem as concerned as I was. I have not barked since. I have been around kids and dogs of all shapes and sizes and loved each one. In short, I am a very good boy who is looking for a place to call my forever home. If you think we'd be a good match, please fill out the application to meet me.

Adoption fee includes: Full veterinary exam, Alter, Prepaid microchip, Dewormed, Rabies vaccine (if age appropriate), Distemper combo vaccine(s) appropriate to age, Bordetella vaccine, 4DX (over 6 months of age), Flea/tick and heartworm preventative while in rescue.
