Mario

Mario is an approximate 6-month-old Australian Shepherd mix that weighs around 30 lbs. If you want a puppy but don't want to go through the potty training and excessive chewing phases, Mario is your guy! He is currently living with two other dogs, and the Beagle is his bestie! Mario has been getting lots of socialization and meeting lots of dogs at the dog park and with his trainer and foster family. He would love a home with another dog for companionship and exercise. Mario does great with kids but would do best with kids 8 years and older because they understand that quick movements can startle him at times. He has been working with a trainer a few days a week to expose him to new places and sounds and to continue working on his basic commands and leash walking. He is doing fantastic in his foster home and has learned how to be a wonderful house dog. Mario is house trained, uses a doggie door and is kennel trained.
