Margaret Miller's Story

Margaret is a former breeder who is learning that life with people can be pretty wonderful. She loves being outside with the other dogs, running around the yard and having fun—so much so that sometimes she doesn’t want to come back inside! Margaret is 3 years old and weighs 11lbs.

She has good house manners and prefers being out and about in the house with everyone. We’re not sure what happened in her previous home, but she can be a little hesitant about going in and out of doors. She has made great progress in her foster home, and while a doggie door might help her, it’s not required for her new family.

Margaret’s favorite game is keep-away! She plays a great game with the other dogs and sometimes with her foster mom. She also loves her toys.

This sweet little lady is looking for a patient family who will give her time to continue building confidence and shower her with the love she deserves. Could Margaret be the perfect addition to your family?

Please apply at tzuzoorescue.com if you are interested in adopting from Tzu Zoo Rescue. Typically, an application and home visit (both of which are required for adoption) MUST be completed, BEFORE a potential adopter will be introduced to one of our pets, in order to first determine that our basic adoption requirements are met, prior to introductions being made. We also utilize personal reference and vet checks (to ensure that any pets already in the potential adoptive home are current on vaccines, heart worm prevention and sterilized) in our adoption process, all of which is intended to ensure that the best match, between pet and people, is made. The adoption fee is based on on the dog's age.
