You know that one friend you always want to be around? The one that is SO fun that your every day just wouldn’t be the same without them? Well, I’m looking for a family who wants to always be around me that much! I promise to provide lots of snuggles in return. My name is Marcus, and I’m one of the sweetest pups you’ll ever meet. I love cuddling with my foster parents on the couch, taking long walks, and just being around my people. I know how to sit, stay and come to you—and I love getting treats as a reward for good behavior. I like playing with my toys, and I get along great with other dogs as well. I think I’d enjoy the company of humans of all ages! But I haven’t met young kids so kids over age 5yrs old would be best. I also haven’t met cat friends so I can’t recommend myself to a home with cats.

Don’t I sound like such a great boy? I’m potty trained, and I’m not used to my crate yet but I’m learning. At bedtime, I like to have a quick cuddle in your bed, but I’ll eventually jump down and sleep on my own bed at night.

I love my human companions so much that I get really sad when they leave. I cry and bark when left home alone because I just miss my humans so much. Because of this, I do best in a crate when left home alone and I would definitely prefer a family who is home more often than they are away. I am still just a young pup so I also will learn and grow confidence alone with a family who can implement a positive reinforcement training plan for me! Please note: I am not going to be the right match for an apartment situation due to vocalness when home alone.
