Since settling into foster care, she’s already shown how eager she is to connect, trust, and simply belong.<br/><br/>She has a soft, mellow personality that makes her incredibly easy to be around, but she also has a playful side that’s starting to shine through. Marcie recently discovered that toys are actually pretty fun, and watching her learn how to play has been the sweetest thing. A few throws of a ball, a little playtime, and then she’s right back where she’s happiest — curled up on the couch beside her people with a toy nearby.<br/><br/>One of the most special things about Marcie is how gentle and loving she is. When it’s time to sleep, she prefers to be touching her people at all times, content just knowing you’re close. Someone described her as “an old soul in a puppy’s body,” and it couldn’t be more true.<br/><br/>Marcie isn’t asking for much — just a soft place to land, a comfy couch to share, and people to love with her whole heart.
