Maizy<br/>Female <br/>Embarked French Bulldog/ APBT/ American Bully <br/>Est DOB 9/1/24 <br/><br/>She currently knows, spot, sit, down, wait, heel, leave it, drop, out, recall, focus, speak and more. Potty trained, crate trained, ecollar trained. Attended 2 weeks professional board and train with @stabledogtraining <br/><br/>Fully vaccinated, microchipped, spayed, dewormed and has been vet checked for overall health. She does have allergies so she is on a special diet. <br/><br/>Maizy has been with me since Oct. 28, 2024 when I took in her from someone giving her away on Nextdoor. She was approximately 8 weeks old at that time. She has had a few interested parties, some not a good fit and some fell through. While she will require ongoing training for resource guarding, she’s still an overall good girl and highly trainable. <br/><br/>Currently she is around large dogs and exposed to small dogs at my moms. She is more on the rough side with play, and does well with a similar sized corrective dog that can keep up with her play style. She would also be good as a single dog. <br/><br/>Would recommend against small children, cats, small dogs due to resource guarding history. Unless working with trainer and they feel it’s workable.<br/><br/>Maizy would excel in extra curricular activities such as bitework, agility, scentwork etc. as she has the drive. SHE IS HIGHLY ACTIVE AND HIGH DRIVE- Would be great for a beginner sport prospect! <br/><br/>I am looking for a bully breed experienced home who can provide her with the necessary training, care, and love that she needs. She is A LOT of dog in a little body! <br/><br/>Adoption fee, adoption contract and home check all required. <br/><br/>Located in Southern California, willing to consider parties in surrounding areas.
