Maizy

Maizy is a sweet little Maltese (maybe mix) who is learning she is safe and loved! This precious 10 pound, 5ish year old came to us from a breeding farm when they no longer had any use for her. Those days are behind her! She's been so forgiving and is enjoying life outside the cage that confined her. Maizy has quite the personality. Though shy when meeting new people, she's quick to bloom into a sweet companion! She loves to be wherever her people are! She enjoys pets and shows her love by kissing your hands and booping your legs. Maizy is house trained under a watchful eye. She also does fantastic in her crate after a very short whining session to tell you she's not happy you are keeping her from being by your side. Maizy is 10 pounds of fluff and a joy to be around. She loves other dogs and would benefit from a fenced in yard. Our preference is that she has both in her new home. Maizy has the potential to be nearly normal after some patience and proper decompression. She's so tolerant and just wants to love and be loved! <br/>Maizy is spayed, vaccinated, heartworm negative, microchipped and has had a dental. Her adoption fee is $310.
