This entire litter of puppies were on the edge of being shot by there owner, The owener decided that he want to deal with puppies so he took them to a well known parking lot and said he was going to end their life. Adopters fill out application, our coordinator will then interview potential adopter, check with their vets, Landlord if renting and background check is run. We do home visits as a final process to be sure the home is considered a good fit as well as meeting with directors to discuss.
