MAGGIE- Needs a foster/forever home! Terrier Mix Birmingham, MI

Beautiful Maggie is a Terrier mix, who weighs approx 45#. She was born in April of 2020. She was found wondering the streets in Detroit and had engorged teats. Good Samaritans found her and followed her to see where the puppies were. Maggie went to the home she lived in and her 9 puppies were there. The previous owners surrendered Maggie and her puppies to our rescue. Her puppies have all been adopted. She is very ready to start the next chapter in her life!!!

Maggie is a very sweet and affectionate!!! She loves to give hugs!! She was found to be Heartworm positive when she joined the rescue. Maggie has completed her heartworm treatment. She will require monthly Heartguard for the rest of her life. MUST BE ONLY DOG!! Unknown how she is with cats. Children 7 yrs old or older. Her forever home is required to have a totally enclosed physically yard. Maggie is spayed, up to date on her vaccinations as well as house and crate trained. Maggie is a very loving girl that is looking to be loved and spoiled for the rest of her life and go on adventures with her very own family!!!.

All dogs we rescue stay with us until they find their forever homes. We do not do same day adoptions. A home visit is required to ensure our dog is going to a safe environment and our dog gets along with your dog(s) and/or cat(s). We require all our dogs over the age of 1 year attend 1 obedience class (6 week session) outside the home. You must live within 1 hour of Birmingham, MI to adopt one of our dogs. Maggie's adoption fee is $300.
