Maggie Mae Great Pyrenees Mix Chicago, IL

It's not the "Okay Pyrenees" or the "Fine Pyrenees", it's the Great Pyrenees, and when you meet Maggie Mae, you'll know why. This southern belle is wonderful in so many ways: she's gentle, she's kind, and she loves to love. Low maintenance is her middle name (housebroken and crate-trained) and cheese is her spirit animal.

Maggie Mae loves to stroll the neighborhood, look at the clouds in the sky, stop and smell the flowers, and probably ponder some of our world's biggest issues. We could all learn from her: how to slow down and just take it all in. And, of course, how to take a power nap that runs right into bedtime. In fact, her best trick goes a little like this: "Now you see me, now I'm asleep! Ta-daaazzzz…”

She has a heart of cuddly gold, and once her coat grows back, she's going to be the big, furry, majestic polar bear you always wanted to save. Come see Maggie Mae this weekend and find out how she's putting the great in Great Pyrenees.

If we do not receive any communication from you, the dog may be adopted out at our event prior to 12 pm if the perfect home comes along. :-)

However, visual breed identification is unreliable. We encourage you to select your new companion by considering each dog’s individual personality and pet qualities instead of relying on a breed label that is only a guess. Dogs are individuals.
