Maggie Alabama gets her name because she was found in Alabama with a horrible skin condition and emaciated but she now has a beautiful fluffy soft coat and weighs a healthy 39lbs. She is crate and house trained and walks well on a leash - her foster mommy is a trainer! She loves belly rubs and snuggling on the sofa or going for walks and car rides. She is currently heartworm positive but has started treatment which is covered by the rescue. She will be spayed, also covered by the rescue after she finishes her treatment. Maggie Alabama is a very calm and gentle lady and would do well with a family or older couple. A fenced yard would be nice because she does like to do her business in private. She is dog, kid and people friendly and we believe she would do well with cats. <br/><br/>** All of our Wigglers are spayed/neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, hw tested/treated, and on preventatives.
