She quickly adapted to her new surroundings, showcasing her skills in leash walking and maintaining excellent hygiene indoors when kept to a regular schedule. Macie delights in snuggling up in laps, soaking in the affection, and enjoys playful activities that allow her to express her vibrant personality.<br/><br/>One of her unique quirks is her tendency to gather and hoard items, creating a cozy little nest in her bed filled with toys, slippers, and even socks—often opting to curl up at the bed’s edge for comfort.<br/><br/>While Macie has many wonderful traits, she can also exhibit some possessive behaviors over her cherished belongings, which may lead to conflicts if other dogs are present. Additionally, she can be fear-reactive around visitors, manifesting through persistent barking and the occasional nip at pant legs in her attempt to express her anxiety.<br/><br/>Because of this, she would flourish best in a home without other dogs and with older, more understanding children who can provide her with a calm and secure environment.<br/><br/>Despite her challenges, Macie is healthy, content, and filled with potential to bring immense joy and companionship to a caring family that is willing to nurture her unique spirit<br/><br/>Macie has been spayed, vaccinated, microchipped, and had a dental, heartworm tested, and has been on monthly preventatives.
