Mac's Story
Mac is a 12 - 15 months old German Shepherd mix, who considers himself a lapdog.

Mac was rescued from an outdoor pound in Louisiana, where he lived in the extreme heat during summer days.

Once out of the pound, Mac started living in a boarding before being moved to a foster home. However, he does have separation anxiety, and will need someone to work remotely, versus being stuck in a crate. He was in the pound for several months, and then in a boarding - imagine being stuck in a kennel that long, and expect to just enjoy that.

Other than this, Mac loves his humans. He will be a velcro, following his humans everywhere. He is afraid of being left behind, having been abandoned in the pound by his previous family.

He is super sweet, and needs slow introduction with dogs, as he gets excited, and being big, he can knock down any small dog. He has no aggression whatsoever, he is just a goofy baby, who needs training and a strong parent.

He does not mind going to the yard by himself. He is still not 100% housebroken, but he is a fast learner and is getting there. However, we do need a home that is patient and kind with him, as he learns everything to become a pet.

Mac is around 73 lbs, fully vaccinated, neutered, and microchipped, His transport fee is included in his adoption fee.

Please send a completed application via www.savesomesouls.com so you could be approved to meet this gorgeous pup via facetime or whatsapp.

Yards, if any, MUST BE adequately and fully fenced to adopt our pups.
